High Priority

Alternative

Low Priority

  • Burst Skill Power Up is her highest damage output trait but only affecting her Burst Skill, her main source of damage, in detriment of the rest.
  • Skill Power Up is the most universal trait for most content, boosting the base potency of all skills equally.
  • Enhanced Damage Buff [A] is ideal to convert the effect of any critical damage memoria equipped into additional critical damage. It also multiplies her own self buff and similar gear effects to make this stronger than regular Critical Damage Up traits. This trait is highly situational and should only be used if the equipped memoria is rank IV or above, and should never be combined with any Critical Damage Up trait in her gear.
  • Single Attack Power Up is essentially the same as Skill Power Up in both effect and power, since all her skills are single-target.
  • Critical Damage Up is a decent trait to have if you don’t have access to a high rank critical damage memoria. This only replaces Enhanced Damage Buff [A] traits. They should never be together.
  • Air Damage Boost and Magic Damage Boost correspond to a different damage mutiplier and are much weaker boosts than Skill Power type traits. They are a last option, normally for the early and mid stages of the game only.
  • Heidi joins the relatively small Air Attacker roster as a response to a serious lack of explosive, self boosting single target damage in the affinity. While Eren: Noble Wolf and other characters already exist in this niche, they have low potencies or really complicated Speeds and action frequencies. Heidi is the opposite, with more traditional action speeds and much higher potencies instead, qualities that are a lot easier to play around for supporters and are strongly favored in Tournament and tougher fights.
  • She has a lot of self buffing capabilities for both skill damage and M.Atk so related traits and buff potency gear are fantastic on her.
  • It’s very easy to sustain her Skill Charges to consistently chain her boosted Skill 2 effect and never lose the M.Atk boost. Gear pieces like Wrath Ring equipped in Air supporters, and many many other ways can easily provide healing ticks to help with this. It doesn’t matter how much healing she receives.
  • Even in presence of many enemies her skills have high potencies. They only get further boosted with less.
  • Her Burst skill secondary effect has insane self buffing potential. 2x Enhanced Damage Buff [A] trait will enhance this effect to over 200% when stacked. 3x will make it a 300% but this will cost some valuable Skill Power traits. Both builds are close to each in terms of damage, assuming of course, you can chain these effects properly.
  • Every +100 Penetration is estimated to ignore roughly 10% of both M.Def stat and damage reduction.

Score shown is only applicable for General Content

Heidi is currently the strongest Air Attacker for single-target fights or boss killing, and essentially the only viable damage dealer competitor for Air Tournament within the Air affinity, which is crazy.

Heidi is not a very unique character and doesn’t introduce any new game breaking mechanic, but has very high damage, the right amount of speed and many powerful self buffs which is honestly all a character in her role needs to perform well.

She is not as strong as Resna: Loved Rookie in general content but, if you don’t have her, Heidi is a highly recommended character to fill that spot that is strong and easy to play.
Players with weak Air rosters should absolutely consider getting her.
