- Dress-Up Outing!: Extremely strong offensive choice to boost her passive stat boost and Burst Skill effect. Worthless if she is not gonna use her Burst otherwise.
- Overcoming Despair: Strongest Stun oriented memoria affecting all her skills. Above average Speed as well.
- A Continuation of That Summer: Very serviceable free memoria. This stun oriented effect only works against enemies weak to Strike. It has relatively low Speed, however.
- Watching Fireworks: Another purely Stun oriented memoria, but only lasting for the first 2 actions of a fight. It can be good enough in a plethora of content.
- The Tales We Weave: Offensive memoria that adds additional strike resistance debuffs to her attacks. It works only against Strike weak enemies.
- The Power of Positivity!: This stun oriented effect only affects Ryza’s Skill 2, which is not really that desirable. The main selling point for this memoria is its abnormally high Speed, the highest of all. This can allow Ryza to do things she normally wouldnt.
- Our Masterpiece: Buff oriented memoria. Only used when paired with Enhanced Damage Buff [A] traits to enhance the buff given to allies.

Hammer of Judgment
While equipped to a Breaker with Strike affinity, after attacking, boosts target’s physical damage received by 7 ~ 8% for 2 attacks.
Very powerful effect that does not need enemies to be broken and last for 2 hits. The effect is also boosted by the Enhanced P./M. Resistance Down trait which matches Ryza’s kit very well.

Force Macht Power
While equipped to a Breaker with Strike affinity, after attacking, boosts target’s damage received by 9 ~ 12% for 1 attack.
Powerful effect that massively boosts the damage taken by targets. It only lasts for 1 attack but it also requires no conditions.

Beginner’s Sling
While equipped to a Breaker with Strike affinity, boosts stun damage by 12 ~ 17% when attacking a weakness.
Stun oriented weapon. Normally used for the very rare cases she cannot one shot enemy stun bars otherwise, when the outcome of the fight strongly relies on that happening.

Steel Bow
While equipped to a Breaker, boosts stun damage by 6 ~ 8%.
This weapon provides a slight boost to stun damage and has no special conditions required. It’s cheap to make and unlocked very early in the game, making it ideal for beginners without access to anything above.

Radiant Plate
Boosts potency of negative effects inflicted by 6 ~ 8%.
Matching the duration of her burst effect for 3 hits instead of the 2 hits from other armor pieces, and providing a bigger boost if Ryza has the correct traits, this is the best armor to equip when using her Burst Skill. If using Skill 2 alone, this armor is worthless.

Layered Velvet – Strike
While equipped to a character with Strike affinity, after attacking, boosts enemy’s damage received by 4 ~ 5% for 2 attacks.
The most universal armor pick that works to assist any team. If assisting Strike teams, this armor may or may not perform worse than Raisonnement depending on the general presence of this same debuff, and the total strike resistance down the enemy has. Pick to balance out both effects.
This armor does not need enemies to broken and can stack up to twice.

Raisonnement
When attack target is stunned, reduces target’s Strike resistance by 5 ~ 7% for 2 attacks.
Only when assisting Strike teams, this effect exchanges the damage taken debuff for a strike resistance debuff. It can be better as a result of Ryza not having these debuffs naturally, but balancing both effects is ideal.
This item requires to stun the target to apply the effect over them, however.

Temperance Robe
While equipped to a character with Strike affinity, boosts stun damage by 9 ~ 12%.
This armor is a moderate increase to stun potencies for all her skills. It’s an ok item if you are lacking a bit of breaking power.

Hard Coat
Boosts physical stun damage by 6%.
This armor provides a small boost to physical stun damage. It’s one of the first recipes to be unlocked in the game making it extremely accessible and cheap, which works great as a placeholder item in the early stages while you unlock more suitable pieces like Champion’s Attire or any of the others mentioned above.

Spirit Beast’s Tail
While equipped to a character with Strike affinity, when attack target is stunned, boosts skill damage of the ally with the highest P. ATK by 13 ~ 19% for 1 turn.
This effect grants a powerful 1 turn buff on Ryza’s main damage dealer if she successfully stuns an enemy. If having multiple turns before that ally, she can stun multiple enemies to grant this effect multiple times too.
It has great Speed stat and is generally the preferred accessory for offense when assisting any kind of team. It could be weaker than Gauntlets when playing exclusively around Strike teams.
This effect works on magic damage dealers as well, but it will be aimed at the character with highest P.Atk in the team so be careful of adjusting that before Ryza ends up aiming this towards herself.

Cute Shoulder Guards
While equipped to a character with Strike affinity, boosts potency of buffs received by 10 ~ 14%. It also boosts all “Promise & Teamwork” characters’ potency of buffs received by an additional 3 ~ 4%.
Primarily used when supporting “Promise & Teamwork” characters like Izana: Stormy Smite or any version of Resna or Logy. It does very little for her beyond enhancing her own stun damage buffs, but the real purpose of this is to assist allies nonetheless.

Dien Talon
While equipped to a character with Strike affinity, boosts single-target attack stun damage by 13 ~ 18%.
Massive stun effect on a high Speed accessory. It only affects her Skill 1 and Burst, which is usually her primary way of breaking enemies either way.
The is the go-to accessory for burst-breaking purposes only.

Gauntlets
When attack target is stunned, reduces target’s Strike resistance by 10 ~ 14% for 1 attack.
When assisting Strike teams exclusively, this is the most powerful effect she can inflict on enemies, offensively. It only lasts 1 attack directly after successfully stunning an enemy, so it needs to be correctly timed. This accessory has low Speed, which can be highly detrimental for Ryza so use with care.

Eldritch Ring: Strike
While equipped to a Breaker with Strike affinity, boosts stun damage by 9 ~ 12%.
Moderate stun effect on a moderate accessory with moderate Speed. It’s good if you need extra stun power on all her skills equally. Generally not necessary but it’s an ok and cheap alternative.
Main Traits
- Enhanced P./M. Resistance Down is an essential component of her kit, turning her already strong base Burst effect on what is currently the strongest debuff in the game. It also helps cap her Skill 2 effect in a single cast, for the purpose of abusing her Burst as much as possible afterwards.
- Physical Stun Damage Boost trait is her main source of stun damage, her primary role, and the easiest trait to get too in this category. This is a key component for her to fulfill all her roles as breaker and debuffer, as her Burst Skill benefits tremendously from stunning her target to trigger her secondary effects.

Situational Traits
- The Enhanced Damage Buff [A] trait is pretty ok to have when paired with items like Spirit Beast’s Tail and memorias like Our Masterpiece and To the Academy of Dreams!. This will reduce her breaking potential considerably but, if the fight allows it, this can be a drastic boost to ally offensive power.
- Stun Damage Up on Weakness is a more recent trait that works great against Strike enemies exclusively. This trait is currently impossible to combine with Enhanced P./M. Resistance Down, at least until the release of Magda: Pinkish Destroyer next month.
- Ryza is a fairly standard Strike breaker on paper, with a strong setup tool on her Skill 1 and both AoE and single target stun attacks.
- Her AoE skill 2 applies a very uncommon permanent physical damage vulnerability effect on all enemies, while also converting any panel that’s not a Burst panel into a regular Boost panel. This has the added value of further boosting the damage of her main damage dealer, but with the condition of her acting immediately before them. Proper Speed tuning is required for this work as intended but, when done correctly, it can make her a very solid auto-battle character to ensure her ally will not land on undesirable panels.
- Her main sell point is her Burst Skill, with a carbon copy of Escha: Sweet Monochrome‘s powerful Burst effect, but lasting for 3 attacks instead of 2. This extra hit duration is much more impactful than it sounds like, and it can make or break a lot of fights as it allows this same effect to be stacked up to 3 times in a perfect setting. The main effect of this skill can also be boosted by the Enhanced P./M. Resistance Down trait.
- Similar to Escha: Sweet Monochrome as well, her Burst will also boost main damage dealer’s P.Atk by 50% when Ryza stuns an enemy with this skill, making her stun power a consideration to be had, and her gear a bit more demanding than regular breakers as a result.
- Ryza introduces the Skill 2 Stun Damage Up trait as a character synthesis gift, previously only available via materials. She is the first and only character to get it, making her very valuable for the creation of certain trait combinations for breakers (or anyone in the role) that will use primarily this skill or with a Force Break Burst, such as Ryza: Master’s Right-Hand and Heidi: Thief of Rose, or in other situations. This combination of traits is currently impossible without her which makes her a pretty luxurious synthesis character, although this trait is not as important to have in your roster.

Score shown is only applicable for General Content
Ryza is a physical breaker with way above average offensive tools. All these remarkable tools come in the form of physical damage debuffs, restricting her to play only alongside Strike, Slash and Stab teams, but working almost identically in all of them.
If you have played Escha: Sweet Monochrome in the past, you are aware of her power and versatility. In a way, Ryza comes to slightly powercreep her in terms of raw Burst strength by adding an additional hit to the same debuff, but both characters play slightly differently due to Ryza’s AoE Skill 2. The range of this skill weakens her in some areas by becoming more disruptive, but at the same time strengthens her in auto play and more repetitive content, and makes her easier to play.
In Strike teams alone, she competes against heavyweight Heidi: Thief of Rose, a much more competent and swift breaker in terms of raw stunning power, but Ryza will surpass her in the offensive, making damage dealers like Izana: Stormy Smite rejoice.
In general, physical teams are widely disfavored in a game state that strongly favors magic. Ryza somewhat shortens the gap by adding a much more needed boost to all physical teams’ power but unfortunately she alone is not enough to tip the scales yet.
If you enjoy playing physical teams or want access to some of the best breaker gear in the game, she is practically a must have unit. If your roster is more magic oriented, or if you already have characters like Escha: Sweet Monochrome or Heidi: Thief of Rose, then she is not really a necessity as she does not offer anything extremely unique to justify the role overlap.
